Same-Sex Maine Wedding Photography
Andrew and Scott married on July 7, 2019 at the Union Church in Harpswell, Maine.
When you finally get asked to a Same-sex Maine wedding photography gig, AND you get this incredible couple and place, you feel like the stars are aligned! This wonderful couple said ‘I do” on their 14 year anniversary in front of all of the people they love. We did pre-wedding portraits the morning of the ceremony, and the light was just perfect. The church began to fill with people and soon a violinist started playing on the balcony above everyone. The ceremony went as planned and they took turns sharing their lifelong love stories with everyone, which included a lot of vulnerable moments. Andrew and Scott took vows to each other and the room erupted with joy and pride. After the ceremony and processional line, everyone headed over to The Frontier in Brunswick. An EPIC ‘preview’ about a gay summer wedding played on the projector for all of the guests to laugh at, and then a beautiful slideshow played of them together and shared moments from their 14-year relationship leading up to their wedding day. Some of my favorite parts were the photos of their cats! They also had cats on their cake! The reception was filled with lots of stories, dancing, and laughter! Enjoy these photos of some moments from their big day!
