I met with this couple at the Bar Harbor Inn and we had a very unique experience during our time together. This was the first time I did two different luxe during one photo session. When we first met up the couple was dressed in casual warm fall weather clothes. For the first portion of our time together these two did an engagement shoot and explored the gardens at Bar Harbor Inn. We also took a little walk down the shore path and took pictures there as well. I know that I say this a lot but these two truly had some great chemistry together. There was just something about the way they were able to mix together naturally when taking photographs.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to change from one outfit into their wedding gown and tux. We went back down through the Bar Harbor Inn garden and took wedding photographs again. If you are looking for a luxury wedding, this is the place to be! After, we left the Inn and headed to Schoodic Overlook for their vow ceremony. This is always such a beautiful location for this, as I’ve witnessed a few elopements here before. We made our way down the winding path to the ocean and made it to a beautiful clearing where the couple had their vow ceremony, with the roaring crashes of the waves just below us. After their vow exchanges, we took some more photographs in the area, and then we parted ways as their headed off to dinner at Paddy’s.
